Agreed. Will complete the grid before I submit, though.

On the board!

Whew. The size of that grid intimidated me, but I needed a Week 1 this week. (A REAL Week 1, BrianMac! :D )

Got it. I wrote in my comments this was like a week 0. A bit disappointingly easy actually.

When there are 70 correct by 12:30, you know it's a week 1.

Done and done. I’m wondering what the wsj Saturday puzzle will be. Probably an acrostic. I may have to learn to love acrostics, or at least like them.

Beam me up! Submitted, then spent a lot longer completing the grid. Week 0 grid (though large) and week 0 meta. Had to finish the puzzle before everything really clicked though.

All too easy. I solved it a minute into starting, which I believe is a personal record for any meta.

LOL, I knew the answer at 12:02 and almost submitted it but I have a self imposed rule that I have to finish the grid before I submit. Really a week zero, but certainly a large grid.

Beamed up. Usually I enjoy the comments in this forum but all of y'all talking about how easy this was is taking away some of my swagger about being the 27th correct respondent, by far my highest placement.
And yeah, yeah, I know it was easy.

First time in a meta I had it after filling in literally one grid entry. Still a fun grid!

Beam me up!

Yes, nice to have a Week .0001, as another described it. It’s beautiful here in Michigan today, and we’re eager to get out in any way we can. Yard work, walk in the ‘hood, chat with the neighbors (from a safe distance!), relax on the deck ...

Let’s see how long I can last without a puzzle!

Had this with about 25% of the grid completed. Waited to submit until the grid was done.

my first week one (I started with last month's week 3), and also wanted to finish the grid (ok, I have one hole left), but sumitted and #182 on the board.

yes, a week 0.001 or thereabouts.

I got it, but I don’t get it. I forced myself to finish some of the grid before sending it in, so maybe I missed the joke.
