Got it. The problem is that while everything averages to a week 2, the meta is a week 1, but the setup is making the grid like a week 3. Very slow.

Beam me up! That was a fun puzzle. I needed one I could solve since I'm struggling with the WSJ yet again. Those sure are getting tougher...

On the leaderboard, yay. Agree with damefox that the setup made the grid harder than usual, but then the meta was easy.

Solved it fairly quickly and am on the board, but I still have one unfilled square!
Happy to give nudges. If you notice I've solved, please tell me about avenues you've explored so I can nudge you in the right direction and not off a cliff.

I hadn't gotten the email at 12:00 ET so I just logged onto Patreon to get the puzzle. Though my email did come through just a moment afterwards

I liked this one. On the board.
Now, If I could only figure out that "easy" WSJ puzzle that everyone else is seeing, but not me. Maybe I do need glasses ;)

Amazing construction by Matt. Iโ€™m a slow grid solver and eliminating a lot of crosses slows me to a snails pace. However, much to my surprise I got it filled in a little over an hour and got the meta very soon after.

Beam up requested right after a leaderboard update, as usual.
