Just got around to solving this one, very cool puzzle @ebirnholz! Nice to see a somewhat more difficult meta - I realize you have a different audience than the WSJ or others in the greater meta community, but glad you keep putting them out periodically. Your brain is too twisted not to!

Solved this one afternoon after I saw the post by OldJudge. Were you aware that there are two possible answers to the meta?
