MEOW #180 Beer Me DrTom and Cap'n Rick
We enlisted the help of two other people known for their sobriety to test solve @whimsy and @boharr and to them, and all the people whose dedication and technical expertise keep this wonderful site running, we are forever grateful. We raise a beer to them all (oh, what the heck we will raise several).
Kitten
CALICO/PERSIAN
Puma
Lion
Nudges will be Friday and you may PM either of us if you need assistance before that. So, without further ado, "release the cats!"

Cat’s out and licking up the spilled beer.

Cat's out! Nice, one.
Check out "The MOAT MEOW Mashup Pack" here. US$10 for 14 metas that don't always abide by the "rules" of the game: asymmetry, 2-letter words, uncrossed letters, who knows. And this time there's a mega-meta!

Cat out and about. No google needed for anything on this one, which is always a treat! I’d throw back a Smithwicks to drink to your puzzle, but it’s early and I’ve miles to go. (Heading to Beaufort, NC, with some R&R with my sister & our hubses.).
The other Wendy.

I test solved this one, but the beer (um, I mean, the puzzle) was so good I had to come back for more. Cheers, guys.

Cat has been freed and is looking a bit tipsy. Thanks for the puzzle, Tom and Rick!

Cat's out. I don't always solve metas, but when I do, I choose the MEOW.

Certainly is playing that way, but hey nothing wrong with a fuzzy kitten now and then, especially after a romp through the night sky!

You can do some field work for the next beer meta on your trip.

This is an interesting one in that there was no AHA moment. Just a "well, apply the rules and ... there it is" moment.
Fun and cute! I liked it. (Although I have a personal dislike for the existence of two of the beers I have a great fondness for two others.)

The cat is out. Fun solve without Google or nudges. Thanks to you both!
