Had the grid done in 10 minutes on Thursday, but the meta just didn't click. Took a fresh look just now and my first idea hit the jackpot.

My local shop informed me that my favorite beer, Bass Ale, has ceased production. Once the most popular beer in the UK, it was taken over by Anheuser-Bush InBev and brewed in Merrimack, New Hampshire, since 2012. What a tragedy.

On shore with help. I missed the Zoom meeting due to my recumbent trike ride, as indicated in an earlier post. If that happens again, I will join from the trail!

A birthday solve thanks to a “push” in the ZoomRoom… so I had a martini in memory of my Dad ( I share my birthday with my father, my older brother, and my best friend)! The grandkids are here to help celebrate ! Photo of trucking with my grandson!
