I’m back after a couple of busy weeks where I was traveling and unable to even look at the Friday puzzle. Fairly confident I’m ashore.

I’m much more into peony roots. Here is a young newly dug peony root in the fall. Already showing, the pink and white buds will be next year’s blooming stems. Several more than the 8 you see from this year.

Now back to math class.
