Ashore. I had the right idea from the start but tried applying it in a couple of ways that didn't work out before hitting the correct one.
Lots of familiar old timers made it here quickly and are relaxing, drink in hand, under the palm trees. I wonder how less experienced solvers are finding this one.

Solved. Next task is to try to replicate a wonderful cocktail called a Mr. Carlyle served at the Bemmelman's bar in NYC. Sort of a fancy gin & tonic with St. Germaine elderflower liqueur, dried orange and a rosemary sprig. I've been trying all week and all delicious but none quite right. Everybody needs a hobby.

Isn’t alcohol good for medicinal purposes??!! Im going to try to kill/disinfect my cold with a
