Hope Springs Eternal - August 2023
Grid finished. No progress on the meta yet, but I'll keep trying because ...
Good luck, fellow Muggles!

Got nothing so far. Well, a few rabbit holes.
But I'm hoping something springs to mind, to which I will be eternally grateful.

Between Mikey, Muller and Meller, I’m digging in no end of rabbit-holes. Some are quite promising buuuuuuuuut…

I can help you with one of those but not the other! Hope is not springing eternal (yet), but I have plenty of time...only looked at it after solving for about 30 minutes or so with no promising leads yet.
First year doing these and trying to think if I want to tackle the red herring or mega-meta. Jury will reconvene on that later. Fun puzzles so far, though!!

Hmmm, okay, I see something now. Relevant or rabbit hole? We'll see!

Got confirmation of a rabbit in my rabbit-hole, but mistook the cause and effect... on the board now!

Finally saw it. It was frustrating since I had all these rabbit holes yet kept coming up empty.
But sometimes, if you stare at everything long enough, it all comes together in the end.
