Oog. I never do well with this theme. Either something will come to me this evening.... or it won't.
Funny story. I was all set to enter Par for the course for the CrossHare midi contest for April but I mistakenly thought midi meant 7x 7 and not 11 x 11. Oops. Well.... Here's a complex but **small** meta on the subject of golf.

Ashore, sipping some JW Blue. It's going to get crowded.

Late start on this one, but I am on shore! I thought it was pretty tricky, so I am surprised to see so many here!

Ashore!
Mighta been here sooner if I hadn’t drifted off in a nap about halfway through the grid.

Ashore, and even enjoyed a few rabbit holes. Chilling some wine for later.

Ashore- and found the confirmation. I’ll have a black licorice flavored shot!!
If I don't win a mug, I can always make one... but it won't have the same cachet.

On shore. Family dinner in progress so I must take my drink from the beach to the table. Cheers.

On the beach. I'm planning on having a Four Pillars Old Fashioned (made from equal parts Spiced Negroni Gin and Whiskey, with brown sugar and bitters!)
Check out "The MOAT MEOW Mashup Pack" here. US$10 for 14 metas that don't always abide by the "rules" of the game: asymmetry, 2-letter words, uncrossed letters, who knows. And this time there's a mega-meta!

Believe I have it but not wholly satisfied. Will check in on a call just to make sure. Hmm...

Solved. Took me a while to see it as one thing led me to search for a path that wasn’t there, but the a-ha was nice when it hit!
