On shore. My kind of meta. Everything you need to solve is there but some of it is subtle.

REMINDER: All are invited to join us on our weekly Friday Muggle Zoom today at 4:30 pm Eastern Time. Why not start your weekend off on a "high note" and join us for some fun. And, if you have not yet solved, we'll make sure that you are "hitting" it correctly.

Hope to see you there! Click on the Muggle Zoom Room tab at the top of the page to join us!
Don & Cynthia

We are always happy to get to know other muggles and help in any way! PM's are always welcome. The next best thing to winning a mug is helping a fellow muggle win a mug!

Ashore!

With a friendly nudge. Though now I feel I shouldn’t have needed it. Grr!!

Very cool!

On shore. It's a little early for a Guinness... maybe just a splash of Shmailey's in my coffee. What's Shmailey's, you ask?

Shmailey’s Irish Creme – “When you care enough to give the very best, give Bailey’s. For everyone else, there’s Shmailey’s."

14 oz sweetened condensed milk
2 cups half and half
1 cup Irish whiskey (doesn’t have to be the good stuff)
¼ cup chocolate syrup
1 tbsp instant coffee
1 tsp vanilla extract

Put into blender and enjoy!

You're a couple days early for that.
Yeah, cause I think you have the walk (it MAY have to be a camel ride) THEN the epiphany.
NUDGES!I am always willing to give nudges where needed; metas should be about fun, not frustration. Send me what you have done so far because often you are closer than you think!

Good Friday morning muggles

An interesting challenge from Mr. Shank - as always.

So far we have 4 on the ship, 57 on the shore and many more scurrying around in rabbit holes

Don't forget the 4:30 group solve zoom session today.

Today at close of business, I retire. So, what the heck, I'll have Moet. I believe they keep some in the back. I'll ask Isaac.

Smarter Half and I are still in the ship, and it's starting to feel like a permanent home.
For nudges, feel free to PM me. I won't have a clue how to help you, but you might shove me ashore.

Any other musicians here find themselves overthinking this? Finally got it, but only after realizing the puzzle doesn't require knowledge of 17th century part-writing rules. Hope that's not a spoiler.

Whew, got it. This one is very much like another I remember also being way behind the pack in solving. You see nothing at all until, bam. I'm glad I didn't ask for a nudge. It would be very hard to nudge this without completely giving it away.

Still adrift, and I'm not ready to throw in the towel yet but I may need a nudge in the right direction...

(So many jumbled metaphors)
