Remember what I said in Post 153? The shipboard life for me? I lied. Ashore! Pounded the table with a great Got It! Now to go pester my wife and son in order to get that eye roll and yawn. Very nice puzzle, Mr Shenk.

Ashore with lots of help. I loved this metanism when I saw the light. Great one, Mike

Here’s 2-year-old Dorothy tinkling the ivories. It will be a while before she can hit those high notes. She makes a bee-line to the piano when she visits us.

Ashore. I'm a music guy and music knowledge doesn't help on this one. Dry january just turned into damp january.

I am onshore! Started out by running LAPs around the ship in a comPETition with those bunnies, but just ended up FACEdown on the track. It was time to seek some aDVice. I mentioned my first step and my son mentioned their second step. Voila--success. I quickly vaULTed overboard into the azURE seas and headed to the beach. Very fun puzzle.

Hope Isaac isn't getting tired of me, because I don't see a beach on the horizon. Maybe we'll sail a little closer to shore tomorrow and I'll find my way.

What? People didn't find it as easy as Pi?

(That's my "throwback reference pun"!)
Perhaps they are mumbling, "O - me - ga (d)!"

@chocoholic send a PM to anyone on the shore. tell them what you have done and where you are stuck and we will give you a course correction.

A few years ago when my wife got a Roomba, she named it "Bob". The first time she used it, it got hung up on something and the system sent her a text "Bob is 8 down". It took her a while to figure out what was going on.

Good luck

Good Sunday morning muggles. Just got in from clearing about 8 inches of beautiful snow. Eat your hearts out @DrTom , @Meg and @hcbirker

Before we get going, I had to print out all the puns from last week's meta to get an eye roll from my wife. So here they all are and full credit to all the muggle punsters: (groans allowed)

Haven't read the comments yet, but I'm guessing that, compared to last week, there will be a number on shore who felt good they didn't have to Rho to shore and order a Chi cocktail from the tiki bar (which won't taste good if you just Eta Pi).

I know, I know... You're all going, "Psi..."

And, I'll tip-a my kappa to you, sir......

When it comes to puns, I'm like the Marines: Semper Phi.

What? People didn't find it as easy as Pi?

Perhaps they are mumbling, "O - me - ga (d)!"

I nu the puns would keep getting beta and beta.

Iota report all of you to the Hellenic Police but you’ve been delta reprieve.

And back to business.

Welcome to our newest muggle @chocoholic Great to have you with the group

We have 20 on the ship and 119 on the shore. The low number on the shore are indicative of the level of difficulty. Don't forget the Last Call zoom session tonight at 8 pm using the link at the top of the forum page

New to the ship are

Scott M
Beleagured Castle
jrdad
SJMck
Commodore
Susan G
rjy
JeanneC
bradisbrad
chocoholic

And making their way to the shore are

michaelm
EVJ
mattythewsjpuzzler
jimbo1
Joe K
Damaged
Barbara K
ladybird
TeamDoubleTow
DrTom
Tcassutt
ZooAnimalsOnWheels
otlaolap
Colin&Chuck

Good luck to all solving and winning the mug

And our dogwood tree looks like it is covered in cotton

Definitely on the ship again. So many ideas, but all have gone nowhere! Luckily my girlie drink is very sweet and adorned with a colorful umbrella. Plus Isaac’s jokes are hilarious.

My fire hydrant is a reminder for me to always remain humble.

So, you ask, how on earth would a fire hydrant be a symbol of humility?

Think about it: One day you are the "top dog," the next day you may be the fire hydrant..... :)
