I saw something, but wasn't quite sure what I was seeing. Thanks to the Friday Zoom call for bringing clarity. Ashore!

@Bob cruise director my little friend would like to say hi to yours!

You buried the lede!

Ashore, after my usual session with the kids.

I can see the uncertainty that some are mentioning. But it seems clear enough. When I mentioned the answer, both kids agreed immediately. So I'm submitting.

Ha! Yes, I see your point. Perhaps it was because my mom was very modest about them. She used to say that it was pretty much luck, and that if you played enough, especially at your home course, you were bound to get them eventually. (Easy for her to say!)

She also won her club championship 3 times, once in each of 3 different decades. In the last one, she beat someone half her age in the final round.

Zoomed onto the beach.
Thanks, everyone, for the nudge and excellent rabbit chasing stories.
And thanks, Matt, for sharing your unique visions with us.

On shore!

First co-solve with my 23-year-old daughter! :D Fun!

Had a long, dry spell, but then it seems like the last month or so the puzzles have been more on my skill level... Just been forgetting to post!

Have a great weekend, all.

On shore, but only with wind-assistance. Perhaps a cider?
Check out "The MOAT MEOW Mashup Pack" here. US$10 for 14 metas that don't always abide by the "rules" of the game: asymmetry, 2-letter words, uncrossed letters, who knows. And this time there's a mega-meta!

Either onshore or flailing with style. It is definitely one of those weeks with more questions than answers.

Ashore! The brothers and I worked all day via zoom and messaging and brother Bill saw the light and directed us to success! Thank goodness we don't have to pay long distance fees for phone calls like the old days!
