The meta mechanism and answer jumped out at me pretty early, but it was fun to continue filling in the grid.

on the mini, I don’t know whether to be proud or concerned that “exeunt” jumped out at me without a moment’s pause...

Confirmed dino - enjoyed the grid. Puzzled a bit until I suddenly realized what was going on.

Dino me! The Sunday size grid was a wonderful puzzle feast, but it did take me a while to get through it. Glad the meta was approachable, as I didn't have a lot of time left!

Well sometimes ado or try to do. I’ll get set to, put them in a row and try not to let anyone cow me into not doing it. Still sometimes they do and I have a hissy fit (which is what I had in that three letter space).ChrisKochmanski wrote: ↑Sun May 02, 2021 10:14 am Yes, I've had a cow. Also a row. And a set-to. And even a to-do. But it's all just ado. (Does anyone, outside of crosswords, actually use these words??)
NUDGES!I am always willing to give nudges where needed; metas should be about fun, not frustration. Send me what you have done so far because often you are closer than you think!

DINO ME!
I am finally getting around to some puzzles after helping my sons' families with their daughters this week.
I had a couple of fragments left over with this mechanism but am still FAIRLY sure that I have the answer.
