Ashore... may be a little early for Guinness. I'll have a Jameson.

On shore. It was encouraging to see that there were already 8 pages of entries on the forum this morning, suggesting that this meta was not too difficult. The grid was a little challenging, and as ever I admire those who solve the puzzle in only a few minutes after it is published online.

On shore again this week! Grid was fun, with wonderful nonsense clues for the long answers.

Didn't get a chance to look at the puzzle until this morning, but it was a pretty quick swim to shore. I enjoyed this one.

Ashore, didn’t get a chance to start the grid until this morning and was surprised to already 8 pages here!

Some hotel. I had a reservation for Page One, and look where they put me. Oh well, at least I'm ashore.

That was a smooth fill (and fun!), and just the right amount of intrigue for a Friday morning trying-to-procrastinate-getting-back-to-work session.
On the beach with all you fine folks, and since Covid this week has left me with almost ZERO sense of taste & smell, I’ll just sit over here sadly drinking my WATER.
