It took a while to get to a printer, but now I have it, and I'm safely on shore.

Yes, I think mom and I do have it, despite interruptions of screaming toddlers 😂. We deserve a glass of wine (or two!).

Did that ever not work out.

Has to.

Doesn’t.

I can't even find a simple rabbit hole to jump into in this meta. Some random guesses would fit the theme, but without seeing the mechanism, I'm toast.

I've got an answer but it seems bananas to me. Would anyone mind confirming it? I don't want any hints...

Edit: Thanks, BarbaraK! That was a good one.

I submitted.

And that's all I have to say about that.

On the beach!

Was stumped for a moment; thought some rearranging might be in order. But then it all fit nicely.
I'm gonna take a nap.

Ashore. I suddenly saw something and then after a bit of arm wrestling, I got it.

Ashore less than one hour after being hopelessly adrift. Nice.

Okay Kitty, drop it and give it back to Dr. Tom.
Yes we osteo stop while we are ahead (well a leg I guess, or at least that is what she is alegging)

I might as well make puns because I'm not seeing this one - of course not, everyone have solved it so it must be one of those "easy" ones that always haunt me.

And here I just thought you were going to say you had a bone to pick with that cat....

DaveKennison wrote: Thu Oct 21, 2021 9:01 pm Okay, so I downloaded this one after a 12-mile early-morning hike and poked at it for a bit, but I badly needed a long nap to bring the little gray cells back to life, after which I swam lazily into shore. And now I’m looking for the cabana boy: I need coffee and a Danish!
I took a walk (only 1 mile, but I took my 14 lb cat with me in his backpack) and a nap, but it didn't help. Any other suggestions?
I just bought a cat backpack!! I haven’t used it yet - I’m afraid he’ll leap out!

A cat enduring a trip in a backpack? Please post a pic... I think I need a visual on that one! :)
Here's George, who made his muggle debut in a MEOW thread a few months ago:

Love this! I’m inspired!

Looks like Calvin got the same backpack George has, the Jackson Galaxy one. We chose that one because it has a higher capacity (some of my cats are chonks), has the optional bubble, and converts to a horizontal carrier with a strap.

I usually use the bubble with George. It gives him a little extra room, plus he can lie down and peer out and not have to stand up to see where we're going. He doesn't jump out because he's wearing a harness that's clipped to the backpack.

I have to share, my critters are growing up so fast!

I was in the same boat. After printing it out, it all fell in place. I'm on shore with my Jameson's.
