ashore. It suddenly unfolded out of nowhere. Too early for a drink, I'll celebrate with some muffins and hot chocolate. Have a great weekend everyone!

"Easier" than others, maybe, but playing it daily increases your familiarity with the Wordle database of words as well allows for more practice, day-to-day.

I suggest these settings, even if playing on phone:
✅Wide Mode
✅Hide Completed Boards
✅Hide Empty Rows
✅Sticky Input Fields
❎Show Hints (default is ✅)

Finally had time for the puzzle after being rerouted for a day because of the Fort Lauderdale floods. The joys of flying.

Ashore. Enjoyed this puzzle. Can't wait to watch the ponies.

On shore. Dr. Tom recognized my angst and pointed something out to me which I had been looking for from a different perspective.

NOTE TO SELF: Go back to basics when everyone says it is easy and you don't see it. I had all the help I needed among a list of common solving strategies from early on in my meta journey.

Good Saturday morning muggles

I hope everyone is safe especially those in Fort Lauderdale. Scary pictures

Next thing - if you live near the Boston Marathon route, get out and cheer our own Marie Wickham (minimuggle) bib #15823. If there are any other muggles running, let me know. My intent is to post times during the route.

A very ingenious meta from Mr Shenk. So far we have 5 on the ship and 150 on the shore.

The ship's contingent are

Barney
Jace54
Dow Jones
jrdad
altosax

And on the shore are:

Finished the grid yesterday, moved it to Excel today. Still waiting for that elusive AHA moment. I guess as @lbray53 noted earlier to himself, I need to get back to basics. So be it.
Good luck to all for a successful solve. If you see that I'm ashore - rare occasion of late - message me if you'd like a nudge. Be sure to include your progress so I can know better how to assist.

I don't see it. But I'm sure I will. I almost always do, except for about half the time.

Made it to shore. Was paddling around in circles with some initial steps, but needed that final push to get there. Sitting on my deck enjoying a libation, and trying to keep the clouds of pollen from turning everything to green!

Still on the ship, maybe the fill of the grid went too quickly. I might repeat it.

Has anyone seen Kiefer Sutherland’s aptly named new show, Rabbit Hole? On Paramount+ https://www.paramountplus.com/shows/rabbit-hole/

Sitting with Isaac and happy to see how much joy people have when they figure this one out. I am not optimistic that I will. Grateful for this group.

Ashore. What a masterpiece. Tonight is clear in Arizona, and I shall make it a point to gaze into the vastness of space and reflect upon what good fortune it is to live on the same planet, at the same time, as the geniuses who put these amazements together. What are the odds? Hats off to Mr. Shenk.
