By the Numbers - December Mega Meta 12/22/2020

A monthly, music-themed meta crossword published at noon on the first Tuesday of every month. The puzzles increase in difficulty each month, and at year end there is a 13th puzzle (the "Mega-Meta") that invokes each of the 12 monthly puzzles. Great year of Muller Metas and especially cool mega-meta. I never even tried looking for the mega-meta until this weekend after solving this one and noticing the mechanism. Then I went back and figured out the FIN thing (and answer) from the older puzzles before confirming answer in this grid. Nice Aha!
And Santa delivered last week....
