“This stays between us”
Said Isaac, pouring a Scotch.
“No problem” said I.
One world. One planet. One future.

Wow Bob, that is a real wiener!

Frankly...I LIKE it. It is right in my Ballpark. Matter of fact the minute I saw it I said "Hot Dog!!".
When it comes to food fears, you can't knock wurst.
You are just being a brat....
Reminds me of the deli that ran out of sausages and cheese - a Würst Käse scenario.

That took many more steps than expected. Relieved that we finally got ashore. It seemed like every crazy idea we had needed to be used to solve this one. H will have a raspberry lime Rickey, and J will have a root beer.

Oh, but I heard that was just a bunch of bologna said to make people blue? Those deli people, quite the raclette they have going, but I'm fondue them so rather than join the fray I'll be neutral like the Swiss.

Hmmm, with all the puns flying fast and furious I'm surprised we have not heard from Hunter X? Edam well better have a gouda excuse. OK, ricotta go now, might as well this is a feta compli.

Took me a while, and I went down some wrong paths, but I got there on my own, and I enjoyed the journey. Cheers!

The best part is that all of Dr Tom’s groaners are originals. No stollen puns.

Actually found myself muttering “wow” to myself when this one clicked into place and I landed on the beach. Awesome puzzle!

Getting a late start this busy weekend and just had a few moments to solve the grid. I feel like I can almost smell the shore from here, but then again it might be too far to swim tonight, so I'm still hanging out with Isaac for now. Going to bed and will take another look tomorrow!

Ashore (with one inadvertent hint). And wow.

I'll have a bit of Buffalo trace and a good book.

Made it ashore with a friendly nudge this busy weekend. Yamas and Skol! My niece at her wedding reception last night. Greeks and Danes everywhere!

Finished a new book galley today that reminded me of all the meta-fans out there - The Twyford Code by Janice Hallett. In it, the main character is searching for lost treasure via anagrams and acrostic codes hidden in an old children's book... but the story is even more meta than that. Can't say more because SPOILERS. But I highly recommend it to all ya'll!

Too bad the book didn't give me any enlightenment for Gaffney's meta. :?
Sounds like The DaVinci Code...

Ashore! This one had me worried after reading the first few pages of the board. But it fell in to place quickly with no rabbits in sight. Some weeks are like that. Other times we stare for hours with nothing. I love these puzzles!
