I don’t know about solvers in the other puzzle locales, but this Idaho solver needed some help on this one! And I received it via the group solve on Tuesday. Thanks to the group solvers and to the distinguished constructors - great puzzle.

Got it now thanks to a kindly vocab correction from @Abide . In all my many years I have been mis-interpreting and mis-using a great word, based on a movie I saw long ago… will ‘splain later.

This puzzle was brilliant, despite my flounderings.

This is a fun meta even though I haven’t solved as yet. Enjoying the “wow” moments even if I haven’t gotten to the “Aha”.

Amazing! When you put 2 puzzle masters together to create a meta, you get a complex tour de force to be reckoned with!

Mis-pronounce the clue. (It might help to pretend you're about 12 years old.)
If you want help with a meta, feel free to PM me. The more specific you are about what you have and what you want, the more likely I can help without spoiling.

(And if I help you win a mug, I’ll be especially delighted.)

One 12-year old boy wrote that clue, and when he asked if it were perhaps too puerile, the other 12-year old boy replied "Stet." We're in touch with our inner child.

I got the answer purely due to the quick Muggle minds of Heidi and Marie on the Tuesday night Zoom call. I'm posting only so you can add another solver to your list. This was a great puzzle, gentlemen -- thank you! Enjoyed 47D as I live minutes away from it.
Good luck, fellow Muggles!
