@chocoholic I am not sure what to tell you. I just opened it up from the first post and it opened cleanly into Excel 2010 on a PC. Maybe @Joe Ross can help

On shore with help. Still spitting sea water from all the fruitless dog paddling I did with this one.

Our Friday report is a little early. We have 2 on the ship and 61 on the shore.
Very clever construction from Mr. Shenk

@Beleaguered Castle, sorry you're stuck with me on this vessel for the time being. (Ship happens.)

Tried something I should have tried yesterday, and I managed to stagger ashore.
This is not one of my favorites, to be honest. But a solve is a solve.

I have nothing yet. How do I join the discord group?
Sent you a PM.
Would you mind sending me the invite as well?

I'm not sure I find this week's solve to be particularly elegant. And yet, it's an extremely impressive construction. And a no doubter. Once it clicks, it clicks.

Ashore thanks to a kind and patient Muggle. I had followed several fruitless paths and marked up the grid beyond recognition, and then completed a new grid making highlights where it seemed appropriate. More fruitless paths. After several back and forth messages I basically had to be told exactly what to do. Never would have gotten it, but amazed at the construction and definitely impressed by the solo solvers!

I’ve got something but I don’t love it. So still at sea.
However, even if I don’t win a mug this week, I did have a bit of luck… my first hole-in-one. Here’s hoping my luck holds out until at least Monday or Tuesday.

I've lost many balls on that course! They used to have great bbq sandwiches at the tiny clubhouse -- which seems to have burned down?
They rebuilt the clubhouse and redesigned the course over the past year. Just reopened in February. Course is in much better shape but the greens are very challenging. So many three putts!
