It's holiday season by me. Busy celebrating, mid-Succot.
It took me longer than it should have.

Ashore! Cold and cloudy today, so I'm torn between red wine and a Dark N Stormy. Why not both!

While I like both (the former perhaps more than I should), I have to ask... um... not in the same glass, I hope!?!

That would be a concept too dark and stormy for me.

So I gotta ask; what is your favorite region? I am an old world kind of guy, mainly France and Italy. If I had to narrow it down to an area from each it would be Rhône and Tuscany.

My favorite region is the one where my wine rack is, or the closest open State Store.

Can't believe I just put the words "favorite" and "State Store" in the same sentence. I must need some serious help...

On shore! I really liked this one, very clever! Looked at the grid off and on since Thursday night, and finally AHA a few minutes ago.

You know how sometimes you just look at the puzzle and look at the puzzle...and put it down, then look at it again...and then, finally, like a bolt of lightning, it JUST HITS YOU, and everything just falls into place, plus that whole "wow, I can't believe I didn't see that sooner" thing--heh, always such hoot--I mean, you know?!??

Well, this is not one of those @#^%ing times.
(Still on this ship, and it's at least some consolation that Isaac and I are now singing camp songs.)
