I've beamed up. I was surprised to see 10 incorrect submissions. Glad I didn't notice that before I submitted.

I'm with you, Tina. Impressive construction, and no doubt about the correct answer, but the mechanism seems to me to suggest a slightly different final step. I'll be interested in reading Matt's (or joon's, etc.) explanation.

I agree—14 now. I wonder what the alternate interpretation was.

Beam me up.
If I had known about the number of wrong answers, I also might have hesitated before submitting. I think I see the alternate explanation, though.

Ah, I almost submitted an answer but had to step back for a bit and reexamine the grid. After a more careful look I think I have it. Fingers crossed!
Edit: Beam me up! Loved the flow of this one!

Interesting will look forward to Tuesday discussion because this one seemed a 100%er from the start.

Beam me up! Fun solve and impressive creation.
I'm curious about the wrong answers, too - I can think of one possibility, if the solver unintentionally ignores something.

Beam me up! I agree - 100% fun, so very curious about wrong answers.

Beam me up!
I'm pretty sure I know what the wrong answers are, and I think those who submitted it are in for a major facepalm moment.

I found several answers to submit, until I discovered that I was overlooking a couple of vital things.

Ok, I'm on the boat still, just finished the grid.
Had to do very minor online searches to complete it.
Now the studying begins. And seeing there might be an attractive wrong answer ... deeper study. At least a 2 Guinness study session.

I’m probably over thinking this one. Not a clue. First idea went nowhere.

Wow, very impressive and a lot of fun, if this is week 2, it's going to be a great Gaffney month!

Pretty new to Matt’s Metas so hopefully just got my first Week 2.
Pretty sure I know what the wrong answers are as I almost went with what I thought was a very clear answer until I double-checked the instructions!

Pretty sure I have the solution, submitted, fingers crossed.
EDIT: on, at #360. Was starting to worry and to over-think it.
