Had to get it help. I wasn't going to see this one. My meta blindness is getting worse.

REMINDER!

Please join us for our Muggle Friday Zoom today at 4:30 pm Eastern time. We will take a close look at the "Piece Process" and try to help "piece it together" for those who may need some assistance. For those who have already solved, we will offer some comraderie and good cheer!

Click on the Muggle Zoom Room tab at the top of the page. All are welcome!

Hello and welcome!

You ask a tricky question. It's hard to rate the difficulty of these puzzles. In any meta, even the hardest, the correct mechanism just happens to be the first thing that someone tries. And even the easiest metas just happen to land in a blind spot for some solvers. So any one person's experience can be deceiving.

...(and there are always some, and everyone's time will come to be that someone)...
Well said, Barbara!

This puzzle took a Whole World Championship Master Meta Solver a bit longer to solve than might be expected, emphasizing your point that we all take turns being frustrated.

Ashore. Started on time, like most grid was tough. Meta took an aha but then...well you know the word. Very late posting though!

If you have a Guinness before you solve, is it a solo solve?

Not sure, but I wouldn't Harp on it.
If I'm around, I am willing to join the Muggle Zoom room at other times to lend a hand to those in need.

Well, that was an interesting life experience: first time that speaking Spanish helped me solve a meta even though it was wildly and weirdly indirect!! Mercy!!

Well, ashore with 99% confidence: despite not having a super-satisfying click I don't see how it could possibly be anything else. UPDATE: Okay...a click. But still...not a loud click.

Fourth week in a row? Something like that...

Good Friday morning muggles

Another fun meta from Mr. Shenk

First we have several new muggles this week - @Pam wants a mug (don't we all), @jsf56 , and @emmy Welcome to all and it is always great to have more muggles.

So far we have 115 on the shore enjoying the sun and drinks from the tiki bar.

Good luck to all getting the meta.

Either I'm an idiot and can't connect the dots, or this puzzle has some incredibly misleading rabbit holes. Grid was pretty smooth, but this is definitely a frustrating meta. Usually I see something and find my way to the answer fairly quickly, or I see nothing and happily give up, content to wait until Monday to see what I was missing. I'm in limbo this week!
